I understand and agree to all of these terms and conditions upon purchasing:

I have read the return & shipping policy page.
I understand it may take 7-14 business days OR MORE to receive my order.
I confirm that I have ordered the correct color and quantity.
I understand that if I change my order during processing that it will cause a delay in my shipping/receiving.
I confirm that my shipping and email address is correct.
I understand that The Hip Hop Agenda and King Vashti LLC is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries.

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow up to 48 business hours for your order to be processed.
Please allow 7-14 business days to receive your order.
Shipping times reflect after the order has been fulfilled and picked up by the mail carrier.

RETURN POLICY

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for a FULL refund.
Merchandise must be returned in its original condition; merchandise cannot be worn, stained and/or damaged.
Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs unless approved by our customer service rep.
We must receive the merchandise prior to receiving your refund, please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.
All items bought with a discount code are non-refundable.
All items that are labeled as "Limited Edition" in their description are non-refundable.
